Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Store Credit (In Lieu of Refunds)
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds to original payment methods (banks/credit cards).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is approved. Upon approval, a Store Credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or voucher code, which can be used for any future purchase at Solid Clutch.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please email us immediately at contact@solidclutch.com to initiate the process.
4. Shipping Your Return

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of original shipping will not be included.

Reliability: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
